This page explains what happens to information you give us through zhengbrotherscapital.com, and what the site collects on its own.

What the site collects

The site sets no cookies of its own and asks for no account. There is nothing to log into, and we store nothing in your browser.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. Cloudflare says it uses no cookies or other storage in your browser and does not fingerprint visitors. What we see is totals, such as how many times a page was viewed, not people. We do no cross-site tracking and build no advertising profiles. That is why this site shows you no cookie banner: there is nothing to ask your consent for.

Because the site does not track you, it behaves the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps standard request logs — including IP addresses — for security and troubleshooting, and which may set a short-lived security cookie when it needs to tell a person from a bot. How long it keeps its logs, and what it may do with them, is set out in Cloudflare's own privacy policy at www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/.

What you send us

The contact form asks for your name, email, role and a message, and optionally your company, phone number and details of a site you are marketing.

We use what you send to reply to you and to review the site or the question you sent us.

What you send is delivered to us as an email and is not stored by this website. There is no database behind the form. Your message then lives in our inbox, and we keep it as long as we need it to reply and to keep a record of the inquiry.

To stop automated submissions, we limit how often the form can be sent from one IP address. That check is used for nothing else.

Please do not send sensitive personal information, such as ID or bank account numbers, through the form. We do not need it, and no website or email is perfectly secure.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for marketing.

Two companies handle it for us. Cloudflare hosts the site and delivers the form to us as an email, so your message passes through its network, and it keeps a record of each delivery, including your name, for a limited period; its privacy policy is linked above. Microsoft hosts our inbox, where your message arrives.

Inside the firm, your message is read by the people who handle inquiries. We may pass it to advisers helping us with a site you sent, such as our attorneys or architects, and we may disclose information when the law requires it.

Links out

Some pages link to other websites, such as the privacy policy named above or a store's listing on Google Maps. Once you follow one of those links you are on someone else's site, under their terms and their privacy practices, not ours.

Children

This is a business website. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Your choices

Write to us at contact@zhengbrotherscapital.com and we will tell you what we hold from your inquiry, correct it, or delete it, unless we have to keep a record by law or to deal with a dispute.

This site is published from the United States for a US audience, and we do not offer our services to residents of the European Union or the United Kingdom. Wherever you are, the paragraph above still stands: ask us, and we will answer.
