A premium Japanese BBQ and steakhouse concept, owned by Zheng Brothers Capital.

Japanese BBQ puts the grill in the middle of the table and the cooking in the guests' hands. It makes for a long, social meal and a room whose success turns on how well the floor is managed — which is the part we are already good at, and the reason the format suits a group-led trade area rather than a quick-service one.

There is no location to announce yet. We announce one when a site is signed, not before. Until then the work is concept, design and site selection.
