Zheng Brothers Capital holds ownership in the Atlanta-area location in Duluth and the upcoming Houston location.

Pokiddo is a trampoline and active-play park: trampoline decks, climbing walls and slide zones, with birthday parties, group bookings and memberships alongside walk-up admissions. It is the only entertainment asset in the portfolio.

It earns its place next to the restaurants because it trades the same way — a large box in a retail location, a long dwell time, and revenue that turns on how well the floor is run rather than on the lease. The product is different; the operating questions are the familiar ones.
