Zheng Brothers Capital holds ownership in the Atlanta-area location in Duluth and the upcoming Houston location.

Pokiddo is a trampoline and active-play park built around trampoline decks, climbing walls and slide zones. Birthday parties, group bookings and memberships run alongside walk-up admissions. It's the only entertainment asset in the portfolio.

It earns its place next to the restaurants because it trades the same way. It's a large box in a retail location. Dwell times are long, and revenue rides on how well the floor is run, not on the lease. The product is different, but the operating questions are ones we already know.
