These terms cover your use of zhengbrotherscapital.com. In them, "we" means Zheng Brothers Capital and its affiliated companies. By using the site, or by sending us anything through it, you agree to them.

What this site is

The site describes Zheng Brothers Capital, the assets it holds and operates, and what it looks for in a site. It is published for information, for a business audience.

Nothing here is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy any security or interest, an offer of a lease, or investment, legal, tax or accounting advice.

What we publish

Figures, statuses and descriptions on this site are summaries. Some are rounded or approximate, property and brand information changes, and we do not promise that a page is complete or up to date at the moment you read it.

Plans can change. A project described as coming soon, in approvals or in development may be delayed, changed or dropped, and a target market or a site preference is not a commitment to lease, buy or build.

Some images are artist's renderings, concept illustrations or representative images, and each is labelled where it appears. Photographs may not show a property as it is today.

Nothing on this site is a representation or warranty meant to induce a lease, a purchase, a loan or any other deal. If a fact here matters to a decision you are making, ask us to confirm it in writing. Only a signed agreement binds us.

You are welcome to send us a site through the form. Doing so creates no obligation on either side: we are not bound to respond, to evaluate it, or to keep it confidential unless we have separately agreed to in writing.

Sending us a site does not make you our broker or agent, and it does not entitle you to a commission, a finder's fee or any other payment from us. We owe a fee only under a separate written agreement that we have signed.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of them, or out of your use of the site, must be brought in the state or federal courts sitting in North Carolina, and you and we both accept the jurisdiction of those courts.

If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.

Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version posted here when you use the site is the one that applies.
