We didn't build this one. It's a four-unit building from 1984 that we hold and operate, which puts it alongside Corona Apartments: small infill multifamily, this time on home ground.

It's the oldest building in the portfolio and the least eventful of the four. It sits in Durham, where we're based and where our next multifamily project is working through approvals, so we're already in that market rather than watching it from another state. A portfolio needs buildings that hold steady while the attention goes elsewhere.
