Townes at Dearborn

An 11-unit multifamily development in Durham, now in approvals.

Townes at Dearborn isn't part of our delivered record, and it won't be until it's built. That distinction matters more than it might sound, because an unbuilt project is the easiest thing in any portfolio to dress up as finished.

Durham is home ground. We're based in the Research Triangle, we already hold a multifamily building in the same city, and we run a restaurant across the metro in Raleigh. We're growing in North Carolina and Texas, and Townes is what the North Carolina half of that looks like while it's still in progress.
